Shipping policy

All of our RTS items are in fact READY TO SHIP, however we ship items every Friday! We have a 7-8 day processing time excluding weekends and holidays. Once an item ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping and processing of your order. Glitter Monster Designs is not responsible for any delays or lost/stolen mail once items have left my premises. Should you be a victim of mail theft or lost mail, you will have to reach out to YOUR local post office for a resolution. I am not obligated to replace lost or stolen items. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address at checkout. I cannot change or modify orders once an order has been made so please purchase responsibly.
