What is the three strike rule?

A three strike rule is we will send out three invoices. If for any reason you must cancel the invoice please communicate with us. If the invoice goes unpaid after 24hrs you will receive a strike for every cancelled invoice. Three cancelled invoices and we will no longer invoice you.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of most of our items they are custom made. All RTS items are final sale. Most of what we do is custom made. If time is an issue please read the description entirely we mention in every listing twice, if not more how long this item will take to be shipped. We are a small shop, not a manufacturer sewn items, custom items take time. As well as custom printed fabric. But we make sure they are entirely worth the wait!

 

Custom Cups and Quality Control

A cup will always be approved before the final coat after approval of design no refund is allowed. Unless it is a popular cup (ie: penny, NBC) those are all fairly identical within reason, and no approval is necessary.  Each cup is made with love. We cannot control every single bubble or glitter speck but we try our hardest to make sure it is perfect. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will never send a cup that is not fully cured or set correctly.

 

What if my Package becomes lost?

Unfortunately once a package leaves our hands we have no control. We ask you double check your address at the time of order and if you realize a mistake email us immediately so we may fix it. All packages come with tracking and insurance. 

 

What does a Pre order fabric/Item mean?

When you place a pre-order you are agreeing to purchase an item that we do not have on hand or ready to ship.There is a waiting period and you agree to this wait by completing your purchase. Refunds will not be issued based on wait times within the turnaround time. We will always do our best to give you an update in our Facebook group.

 

What if I need to change my address?

We are happy to accommodate this as long as the order has not left our hands. Simply email glittermonsters2014@gmail.com with order # and address change 

 

Processing Time

All of our RTS items are in fact READY TO SHIP, however we ship items every Friday! We have a 7-8 day processing time excluding weekends and holidays. Once an item ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
