Refund policy
Due to the nature of most of our items they are custom made. All RTS items are final sale. Most of what we do is custom made. If time is an issue please read the description entirely we mention in every listing twice, how long this item will take to be shipped. We are able to add rush to some of the items. PRE ORDERS will not be refunded, due to ordering exact amounts of fabric for each order.
Should you have any problems with your purchase, please send me an e-mail at glittermonsters2014@gmail.com. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
I do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless it is for a mistake that I made on MY end with something I might have overlooked.
Examples might be: -loose stitching, ripped strap, scuffed vinyl or exposed seams.
If this happens, you have 5(FIVE) Business days from the delivery date to reach out to me about any issues with your product(s). Always read product descriptions before purchasing. ITEMS ARE HANDMADE AND MUST BE TREATED LIKE SO. Do not overstuff or treat your items poorly and expect them to last.
Should you find a flaw that I might have overlooked, You as the consumer are responsible for shipment of the flawed item back to me with tracking information provided . Again, please reach out within 5 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs and fees to get it back to me for eligible repairs. Shipping the item back to you when the item is repaired will be paid for on my end.
We are a small shop, not a manufacturer sewn items, custom items take time. But we make sure they are entirely worth the wait! Please reach out for any questions or concerns
